Responsibilities:

• preparation of a bill of quantities;
• construction cost estimate;preparation of comparative statements, checking costs;
• cost support of projects: financing schedules, COP 2, cumulative statements;
• checking volumes, cost of additional work during the construction phase
• analysis of the market for building materials, services;
• request for commercial proposals, search for suppliers;
• negotiations with suppliers, contractors;

• preparation of documentation for tenders.
